About Leo Lee

My name is Leo Lee. I am an Accredited Mortgage Professional or AMP in Victoria, B. C , Canada, and the owner of this Web site. I am a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP) and the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia (MBABC). By providing you with some useful information, I hope to be your representative when you are ready to move ahead with your mortgage financing or investment plans. At least ask me for a second opinion. It is important to you, right? I custom design your own mortgage solution!

Here is my brief bio:

Commercial/Business banking – Industrial Development Bank (later the
FBDB and now the BDC); North Continent Capital Corp. (owned by Bank
of America and Laurentide Finance – commercial/industrial leasing); Bank
of BC (Real Estate financing, Business Loans, loan work-out specialist, etc.)
1973 to 1981.
Mortgage Banking – Regional Trust, BC & Ontario (Director, Senior VP,
Assets Development, and Chief Credit Officer) 1982 to 1986.
Real Estate – Alliance Capital Corp (my own firm) involved in real estate
development project syndications until 1990.
Economic Development – First Nations in BC and Manitoba from ‘91 to
2001.
Mortgage Broker – with INVIS after moving to Victoria in 2002 from
Vancouver; HLC in November 2006 as an internal Alternative Lending
Specialist and joining the TD Canada Trust as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist in
March, 2009 until Feb. 2010.
Currently on the Board of Rotary Victoira and the President of the Victoria Chinese Commerce
Association.
